Evening Private Party Information

For parties of more than fifteen people, we ask you to select three entrees that your guests may choose from on the night of the event. You also need to decide on which two side orders you would like served with each entrée (i.e. rice and vegetable). If there is something that you have had but do not see it on this menu, please do not hesitate ask for it. The price for each selection is noted on the menu and includes corn cake and two side orders. In addition, for parties consisting of nineteen or more guests, there is a $50.00 room rental fee.

If you would like to have appetizers served, you may select three from the following list for an additional $5.00 per person: crudité, nachos, onion ring loaf, chicken wings, quesadillas (vegetable, chicken, or pulled pork) and cheese and cracker platter. If you would prefer other selections, the price per person would be adjusted accordingly. Other options to consider include the serving of a small salad (wedge, mixed green, or caesar) for $3.00 per guest and/or the serving of a homemade dessert (apple crisp, bread pudding, raspberry cream cheese pie, chocolate cake, carrot cake, or strawberry shortcake) for $5.00 per person (also includes coffee and tea, which are $1.75 each without dessert).

You also need to think about what cocktails and beverages you would like served. You can have an open bar (for a limited time or all evening), limited bar (no alcohol or just wine, beer, and soda) or cash bar. If you decide to have an open or limited bar, you will be charged for each drink served, and the bar tab will be added to the final bill. Your final bill will also include gratuity (18%) and sales tax (8%).

We will need a non-refundable $100.00 deposit to secure the date, and we will need to have your menu selections and an accurate count of attendees at least one week before the event. Once the final count has been given, you may be charged if a significant number of guests (more than 3) do not attend.
